He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Henjes and Agnes Henjes (Marie); and his former wife Mary Ann. He is survived by: his son Mark Henjes of Georgia; his wife Shirley Hamman of Jefferson, SD; his son Tim Henjes (Lisa) of Waverly, NE; his stepchildren, Melody Flesjer (Tony), Shelly Hamman, Tammy Yockey, Bruce Hamman (Misty), Robert Hamman and Lisa Schmidt; his siblings, Agnes Deal (Dale Kai), Martin Henjes (Linda), Larry Henjes (Christy) and Vernon Henjes (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Nathan Henjes, Jacob Henjes, Selana Bulin (Trenton) and Abby Henjes. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the state and federal guidelines on gathering during the Covid-19 pandemic the visitation will be limited to 10 people at a time in the building.
