He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Melcher (Barkhuff) and Arthur Melcher. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Lozinski; his children, Mark Melcher (Cindy) of Pollock, SD, Lore Ann Wolff (Pat) of Rapid City, SD and Susan Marie Dills (Dean) of Andover, MN; and also Monsignor Eugene Lozinski. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
