He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emmet Dugan and Angeline Dugan (Hammon); his aunt Marie; his uncle Floyd Riggins; his wife Emma Jean Dahl; his children, Tom Dugan, Isabel, Gina Beer (Eddie) and Deb Dugan (Tim Baxter); his grandchildren, Shayla Beer, Bradyn Beer, Isabel, Abbigail Dugan, Emmet, Austynn Dugan, Isaac, JayDe Assman, Tim Reinbold (Jaimie) and Kyle Reinbold; his great grandchildren, Treyden Beer, Liam, Ian Reinbold, DeAndra, Brooklyn Reinbold and August; his sisters-in-law, Delores Hall (Buzz) of Pueblo, CO, Patty Maher (Jimmy Mobley) of Gillette, WY, Donna Beach (Don) of Homer, NE and Jan Ingels (Dallas) of Shadehill, SD; his sons, Mike and Pat; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Dahl and Robert "Bud" Maher. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
