He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Collins (Baumeister) of Isabel, SD; his grandchild Chet Alan; his sons, Cory Thomas Collins (Shawna) of Butte, MT and Chet Alan Collins (Madison); his siblings, Bill Collins of Belle Fourche, SD, Margie Vansickle of Sturgis, SD and Bertha DellaRosa; and his sister-in-law Myra Collins of Faith, SD. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews and cousins.

A memorial has been established by the family.
