He is survived by: his wife Debra Bickel; his children, Sabra Sonsalla (Eric) of Lemmon, SD and Sean Meginness (Mara) of Minneapolis, MN; his siblings, Mike Meginness (HoSun) of Tacoma, WA, Dan Meginness (Vicky) of Aberdeen, SD, Ellen Fisher (Larry) of Maple Valley, WA, Margaret Karcher (Jim) of Bellingham, WA, Mary Daley (Russ) of Pierre, SD, Cathy Boehler of Rapid City, SD and Laurie Theilmann (Shane) of Hot Springs, SD; his brothers-in-law, Jack Bickel and Keith Bickel of Firesteel, SD; his son-in-law Grant Austin of Gillette, WY; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Tenley, Stella Sonsalla and Gabe Austin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members.
