He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wutsch and Eleanor Wutsch (Haigh); his brother Wayne; and his uncle John. He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Wutsch (DeAnn) of Leesburg, FL., Conrad, Esther Wutsch of Iroquois, SD., Elaine Roi (Hank) of Sarasota, FL., Betty and Ellen Carter (Russell) of Pierre, SD.; and his sister-in-law Diane Wutsch Clark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
