Lorraine Martz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine Martz (Irene, South Dakota), who passed away on April 25, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Kvasnicka and Christina Kvasnicka (Jezek); her former husband Edward Hessman; her husband Frank Martz; her children, Brenda VanSchoiack of Madison, NE, Dixie Nelson (Mike) of Wakonda, Lamont Hessman (Teresa) of Wakonda, Doug Hessman (Ruth) of Wakonda and Julie Nelsen (Mark); and her siblings, Frank Kvasnicka and Josephine Kvasnicka. She was also cherished by 38 grandchildren, 46 great- grandchildren and 1 great -great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church or Wakonda Heritage Manor Avera.
