He is survived by: his children, Candice Osborn (Darrell) of Centerville, SD, Rex Jorgensen (Janna) of Custer, SD and Todd Jorgensen (Kim) of Yankton, SD.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Slack (Casey), Marisa Ladd (Steve), Benjamin Osborn, Joni Van Essen (Dustin), Jason Jorgensen (Matt Kroonblawd), Elizabeth Jorgensen (Ryan Thurm) and Ryan Jorgensen; his great grandchildren, Landon, Briana Slack, Tyson, Savannah Ladd, Dawson and Dannika VanEssen; his sister Rita Peterson; and his sister-in-law Maxine Brockmueller (Shirley Jensen).
