He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Henderson and Anna Henderson (Schumacher); and his children, James Henderson, Holly Henderson and Melanie Henderson.

He is survived by: his former wife Bernadine Burgod; his wife Berny Henderson; his children, Renay Hein (Michael), Kevin Henderson (Tammy) and Marne Fetherhuff (Jim); and his grandson Max Henderson (Mindy).
