With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Marcella Beck (Ipswich, South Dakota), who passed away on May 31, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Zimmerman and Lydia Zimmerman (Kautz); her husband Floyd Beck; her children, Cynthia Neifer (John) of Eureka, SD, Diann Morehouse (Brad) of Andover, SD and Vaughn Beck (Julie) of Ipswich, SD; her grandchildren, Matthew Beck, Marcus Beck, Amy Feil, Jeanne Josten, Carmen Anderson, Travis Neifer, Justin Morehouse, Brent Morehouse, Jesse Morehouse, Desiree Foltz, Emily Marcotte and Philip Beck; her siblings, Lorene Hoff (Harry) of Eureka, LeRoy Zimmerman of Sioux Falls, SD, Steve Zimmerman (Connie) of Hemet, CA and Keith Zimmerman (Pam) of Eureka; her brother-in-law Chester Beck of Herreid; her son Kenneth Beck; her great grandchild Emerald Beck; and her siblings, Frances Joachim, Rose Marie Weist and LaVerne Zimmerman. She was also cherished by 21 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Herreid Community Foundation.
