He is survived by: his wife June Kiehn of Ipswich; his granddaughter June; his son Andrew Malsom (Linda) of Newton, IA; his grandchildren, Joseph (US Navy) and Sarah of Newton, IA; his siblings, Stan Malsom (Diane) of Aberdeen, Marie Pitz (Howard) of Sioux Falls, Frances Lingor (Jerome) of Mesa, AZ and Margaret Braun (David) of Mina; and his sister-in-law Julianna Malsom of Ipswich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
