He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Decker and Emma Decker of Hitchcock; his wife Arlene; his brother Alvin; and his brother-in-law Bob Entzel.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Decker (Beth) of Frankfort, Darcie Decker of Rapid City and Scott Decker of Huron; his grandchildren, Mandi, Jesse (Kathlyn), Donnie (Hannah), Abbey, Joshua and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Titus and Esther; and his siblings, Laverne Decker (Clara), Duwane Decker (Sharon), Vohn Decker (DiAnna), Bob Decker (Alice), Bonnie Entzel, Betty Rempel (Merv), Ella Decker and Emily Goertz (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
