He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Edmere Lotsberg (Bjorklund); his spouse Judith Ann Wilch; his parent Paul Lotsberg; his stepfather Lenard Allums; his wife Judy Lotsberg of Huron; his children, Troy Fergen (Janelle) of Sioux Falls, Todd Fergen of Brookings, Anne Lotsberg Bonack Wiedmaier (John) of Lake Tomahawk, Patty Lotsberg Amland (Rodney) of Cottage Grove and Matthew Lotsberg; his grandchildren, Fergen Junso, Joshua Fergen, Ashley Fergen Jensen (Brandon), Cody Fergen, Celia Fergen Gupton, Samuel Bonack, Sarah Bonack, Brandon Lotsberg (Kari), Reed Amland, Rachel Amland, Ashley Lotsberg and Bailey Lotsberg; his brother Wayne Lotsberg of The Villages, Florida; and his sister-in-law Sandra Bendt-Aguilar of Huron. He was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren.
