Travis Decker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Travis Decker of Huron, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 44. He was predeceased by: his father Alan Dean Decker; his grandparents, Gerald, Eileen Moes, Richard and Anna Decker; his nephew Owen Eaglestar; his uncle Leonard Decker; his aunt Peggy Moes; and his cousins, Dana Beaudry, Nichol Moes Lotzer, Gary Moes and Scott Moes.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Eileen Decker (Moes) of Huron; his siblings, Charles Decker (Amie) of Carpenter, Melissa Decker (Oscar Luque) of Huron, Jennifer Decker of Mitchell and Anna Walraven (Dustin) of Watertown; his nieces and nephews, Chayton, Patrick, Gracelynn, Kasandra, Orieana, Malcolm, Alexis, Alycia, Aliyah, Leo, Lily and Levi; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Leilani, Josiah, Gianna and Onika; and his aunts and uncles, Theresa Drake (Denis), Greg Moes (Julie), Jim Moes (Kathy), Sue Beaudry (Tom), John Moes (Donita), Joe Moes (Karla), Laurie Chipman (Thomas), Michele Hard and Jeff Moes (Lynnette).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Nordby Exhibit Hall - Sd State Fairgrounds (1060 3rd St SW, Huron, SD 57350). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
