He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Miedema and Beverly Miedema (Weese); and his parents-in-law, Ron and Jean Christensen. He is survived by: his wife Pam of Huron; his children, Anne Zemlicka-Hayes (Ron) of West Fargo, ND and Justin Miedema (Alisha) of Broadland; his grandchildren, Emma Zemlicka-Hayes, Finn Zemlicka-Hayes and Jameson Miedema; and his niece Sarah Knouse (Casey). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
