It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Glanzer of Huron, South Dakota, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack M. Hofer and Susie Hofer (Stahl); her husband Pierre H. Glanzer; and her siblings, Genevieve Fast (Wesley), Delbert Hofer (Ardella) and Delano Hofer (Dorothy).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Glanzer of Huron, Myra Smidt (Robbin) of Huron, Corwyn Glanzer of Huron and Curt Glanzer (Vicki) of Huron; her grandchildren, Chad Smidt (Niki) of Vermillion, Reed Smidt (Karen) of Mendota Heights, MN, Tyson Glanzer (Jamie) of Denver, CO, Cord Glanzer (Taya) of Carpenter, Cain Glanzer (Casey) of Carpenter, Chet Glanzer (Grace) of Huron, Cenzi Knudsen (Wylee) of Buffalo, WY, Elly Glanzer of Huron and Dale Glanzer of Huron; her great grandchildren, Tayen, Delaney, Ashton Smidt, Cason, Tripp, Cayden, Suzy Jo and Cassidy Glanzer; and her siblings, Rita of Huron, Barbara Hohm (Palmer) of Huron, Margaret Maass of Huron, Leonard and Paulie Hofer of Huron. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
