With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Johannsen (Huron, South Dakota), who passed away on March 30, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto McMillan and H. Christina McMillan (Iverson); her husband Jim; and her siblings, Charles (Bud), Irwin, Lyle, Florence Batien and Vivian Jansen Dish.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Schilling (Dennis) and Julie Kropuenske (Roger); her grandchildren, Christina Siemsen (Justin) and Brandon Schilling (Gretchen); her great grandchildren, A. J., Addison Siemsen, Hudson, Porter and Landry Schilling; her brothers, Eugene McMillan (Lois) and Keith McMillan (Shirley); and her sister-in-law Genevieve McMillan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins and double cousins because two of her father's sisters married two of her mother's brothers.
