He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Jorgensen and Lorraine Jorgensen (Vollenweider). He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Eberlein of Huron; his daughters, Dawn Foiles of Huron and Debra Ernst (Randy) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Laura Foiles (Mike Thompson) of Sioux Falls, Katie Foiles of Brookings, Robert Foiles (Danielle) of Sioux Falls, Jacob Foiles (Whitney) of White and Emily Foiles of Moldova; his great grandchildren, Aurora Foiles, Thomas Foiles and Aiden Thompson; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Mason (Ken) of Georgia.
