He is survived by: his parents, Elwood Harder and Pauline Harder (Steele); his sons, Robert W Harder Jr. of Kansas and Nathan G Harder of South Dakota; and his sisters, Shirley Rodriquez of Kansas and Theresa Crum of South Dakota. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
