He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob S. Glanzer and Mattie "Olive" Glanzer (King); his parents-in-law, Walter and Lillian Glanzer; and his niece Mari Hofer (Gross).
He is survived by: his wife Penny Glanzer of Huron; his children, Sally Burkholder (Brad) of Hesston, Kansas and Tom Glanzer (Stephanie) of Huron; his grandchildren, Cassidy Hoyt (Spencer), Carson Burkholder, Maxim, Brecken and Kolby Glanzer; his siblings, Kenneth "Skip" Glanzer (Juanita) of Huron, Linda Friesen (Jim) of Huron and Gloria Schneider (Lynn) of Huron; and his sister-in-law Patty Gross (Jim) of Yale.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the "Bob Glanzer Memorial Fund". 1034 Michigan Ave. SW, Huron, SD 57350 "Bob" was born September 13, 1945, at the Sprague Hospital in Huron, to Jacob S. and Mattie "Olive" (King) Glanzer.
