He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Roy and Joyce Roy (Henderson); his brothers-in-law, Dennis Watson and Ray Wheeler; and his nephew Reggie Roy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Roy (Laurie) of Huron, Dennis Roy (Jodi) of Brookings, Cheryl Wheeler of Sioux Falls, Kathy Watson of Bismarck, Alexis McEnelly (John) of Huron, Duane Roy (Leanne) of Huron, Beth Wilcox (Greg) of Sioux Falls and Carol Gietzen (Tom) of Huron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
