He is survived by: his wife Beverly Meyer of Hartington, NE; his daughter Karen Olson (Greg) of Rapid City; his grandchildren, Amanda Daniels (Eliza) of Sioux Falls and Justin Olson (Britta Barta) of Sioux Falls; his child Carmen Mason (Brent); his grandchildren, Tyler of Frankfort, Tory of Frankfort, Teagan of Frankfort, Kyle Freng of Huron and Cristen Kuno (Pat Ellwein) of Rapid City; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Nicole Kuno of Madison, WI, Karla Wiegel (Corey) of Huron and Courtney Freng (Nate Olson); and also, Morgan of Sioux Falls, Nolan of Huron, Anetta of Minneapolis and Graham of Minneapolis.

With COVID running rampid, the family had to cancel the anniversary celebration.
