He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hohm and Ida Hohm (Hofer); his wives, Vicki Hohm and Norma Hohm; his daughter Rebecca Hohm; and his sister-in-law Linda Hohm.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ellie and Jacob Kempf; his former wife Pamela Isackson of Huron; his daughters, Amy Kempf (Jeff) of Huron, Lynn Klundt (Matt) of Aberdeen, Terri Nikoli (Ricky) of Yale and Annie Julius of Huron; his grandchildren, Mona, Ava, Evelyn, Simon and James; and his siblings, Dr. Charles Hohm (Marlene) of Vancouver, WA, Beth Serck (Chris) of Hudson, SD and Ludwig Hohm (Julie) of Yale. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family asks that memorials be made in Phil's name to Windriders ABATE and the Christian Motorcycle Association.
