He is survived by: his spouse Connie Waldner; his children, Damon Winegar of Huron and Kasey Winegar (Gaston Millar) of Fredonia, KS; his brothers, Scott Winegar (Pam) of Huron, Terry Winegar (Marcia) of Rapid City and Randy Winegar (Jackie) of Huron; his parents-in-law, Larry and Eileen Waldner; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Waldner (Amy) of Huron and Curtis Waldner of Huron.
