He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Scotter and Becky Scotter (Fox); his grandparents, Karen Fox and Gene Scotter; and his cousin Eric Scotter.
He is survived by: his grandparents, Dean Fox of Clark and Shirley Scotter of Huron; his sister Chelsey (Justin Brock); his nieces and nephews, Jayden Schoenfelder, Korbin, Adilynn and Quintin Brock; his close friend Maureen of Huron; and his aunts and uncles, Russ (Claudia Scotter), Gary (Sharon Scotter), Penny (Brad Culver), Martin Fox of De Smet, Brett (Wanda Hanson), Chantell (Bryan Engells), JoLinda (Reece Brown) and Jodi (John Heller).
