Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Nancy Melstad (Huron, South Dakota), born in De Smet, South Dakota, who passed away at the age of 66, on April 16, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nickolas Smith and Frances Smith (Hansen); her parents-in-law, Darcy and Laura Melstad; her brothers, Larry Jim Smith and Donald Smith; her nephew DJ Smith; her great-nephews, Brandon, Alex and Aaron Smith; and her sister-in-law Carol Galliger.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Melstad; her daughters, Crystal of Huron and Christy Melstad of Huron; her siblings, Robert Smith of De Smet, Richard Smith (Judy) of De Smet, Philip Smith (Joyce) of Omaha and Connie Ruyter (Glen) of North Mankato, Minnesota; and her siblings-in-law, Sharleen Smith of Huron and Jerry Galliger of Huron. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces.
