She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Carson and Hazel G. Carson (Shirey); her husband William Houck; her siblings, Donald E. Carson and Carol Spencer; her parents-in-law, Cecil and Jesse Houck; her brother-in-law Ervin Houck; her nephew Keith Houck; and her grandson Kyle Rowen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Rowen (Scott) of Wolsey, Rhonda Soderlin (Kenny) of Martin and Donene Lemonds (Rick) of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Ryan Mueller, Lindsay Haider (Kevin), Shannon Brown (Aaron), Ramy Boomer, Destiny Finn (Shane), Brett Soderlin (Kelly), Jake Price (Amanda), Kristi Rowen, Andi Litton (Greg), Brady Hastings (Kim), Brittney Soderlin, Kortney Hastings (Craig Martinmaas), Leslie Harlan (Jason), Seth Hastings (Kim), Kami Testerman (Tommy), Shea Soderlin and Kolby Rowen (Cassie); and her siblings, Connie Fuller (Larry) of Clitheral, MN, Linda Payer of Bismarck, ND, Donnie Houck (Lois) of Wolsey, Marilyn Eggleston (Dennis) of Wessington and Julie Bartels (Lynn) of Wolsey.
