She is survived by: her husband Franklin Fransen of Huron, SD; her children, Shirley Rush of Pierre, SD, David Fransen (Vicki) of Aberdeen, SD, Gerald Fransen (Peggy) of Parrish, FL, Patrick Fransen of Pierre, SD, Jean Oberfoell (Bob) of Ashton, SD, Kathy Heier (John) of Aberdeen, SD and Mary Schmidt (Lonnie) of Huron, SD.; and her siblings, Robert Garrity (Gloria) of Ft. Pierre, SD, Dr. Thomas Garrity of Hoven, SD, Michael Garrity of Pierre, SD, Patricia Rausch of Pierre, SD, Kay Pfeil (Robert) of Clear Lake, SD, Marjory Gregg of Ft. Pierre, SD and Carol Bancroft (Dan) of Rapid City, SD.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
