He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Kohlmeyer and Phyllis Kohlmeyer (Friese). He is survived by: his former wife Lisa Rice; his girlfriend Violet Kjellstrom of Huron; his son Chad Kohlmeyer; his sisters, Nancy Leyba (Michael) of Sioux Falls and Marilyn McHenry (Terry) of Huron; his aunts, Corinne Kohlmeyer and Beverly Kohlmeyer; and his uncle Max Kohlmeyer of Huron.
