She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Quiram and Freda Quiram (Moller); her sons, Michael Dean and Jeffrey John; her granddaughter Katrina White; and her siblings, Shirley Brake, Wally Quiram and Dianne Thompson.

She is survived by: her daughter Judy; her husband Michael Kalahar of Huron; her daughters, Christine Hanten (Terry) of Sioux Falls, Kathleen Weinstein (Dan) of Sioux Falls and Sheryl Blue (Bob) of Iroquois; her grandchildren, Sean Larson, Michael Moilan, Nichole VanOverschelde, Abbigale Cline, Laci Huls and Kayce Kalahar; and her siblings, Douglas Quiram (Debra) of Aberdeen and Jill Anderson of Huron. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
