He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie James and Jonnie May Daniel; and his brother William Clark Jones. He is survived by: his parent Erma Jean McClaine of Jacksonville, Florida; his former wife Sally Thompson; his daughters, Nicole Marie Daniel (Andre) of Lawton, Oklahoma and Natalie Brooke Daniel (Douglas) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his wife Lynn Vinita Daniel of Huron, SD; his children, Yancy Carreon of Dallas, Tamara Daniel of Corpus Christi, Texas and Christopher Arends (Amanda) of Puyallup, Washington; his grandchildren, DeAndre, Destiny, Shakyra, Devin, Trent, Andre Jr., Nathan, Kiayanna, Trenity, Zephaniah and Sa'mya; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Harmony; his siblings, Charlotte Burch (Derek) of Jacksonville, Florida and Christopher McClain of Jacksonville, Florida; and his nieces, Lucy and Stella.
