He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Crandall and Julia Crandall (Haugen); his siblings, Sandra Wienmann (Crandall) and John Crandall; his brothers-in-law, Jim Fode, Louie Busch and Roger Wienmann; and his nephews, David Hansen and Tim Nelson.

He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Busch and Pam Fode; his sister-in-law Dawn Crandall; and his nieces and nephews, Laurie, Lisa, Justin, Scott, Rochelle, Rhonda, Chad, Brian and Ellie.
