She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray "Hap" Lewallen and Arvella Elizabeth Lewallen (Callahan); and her daughter Lori Holforty. She is survived by: her boyfriend Orville Chenoweth of Huron; her children, Traci Sorben (Paul) of Huron and Jason Holforty (Heidi) of Huron; her stepson Chad Chenoweth of Sturgis; her grandchildren, Stephanie Metzger (Matt) of Huron, Alex Sorben (Jenny) of Huron, Jamie Holforty (Dillon Kouf) of Huron and Jake Holforty of Huron; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Hannah, Olivia Purintun, Taylor and Elizabeth Sorben; her stepgrandson Cruz Chenoweth; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, London, Maddie and Cruz Metzger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Huron Area Senior Center.
