He is survived by: his wife Roberta Chapman of Huron, SD; his son James Arnold III of Huron, SD; his stepchildren, David, Danny Douville of Huron, SD and Donna Douville of Texas; and his brothers, Frank Arnold and Ronnie Arnold of Oregon.
