He is survived by: his wife Kimberlee Cole; his daughter Amanda Greer; his grandchildren, Samuel, Jemma and Kathleen Hanrahan (Martijn Kuypers); his sisters, Susan DeJong and Deborah Cook (David); his niece Sarah Cook; his nephew Nathaniel Malen (Kathryn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addison and Lucas.
