With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Baatrup in Huron, South Dakota, born in Broadland, South Dakota, who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Legrand and Lillian Legrand; and her spouse Gunner Baatrup. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Baatrup (Linda) of Tioga, ND, Judy Baatrup Wrentmore (Hal) of Reno, NV, Lorna Webb (Craig) of Pierre, SD and Karen Szachara (Greg) of Reno, NV.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and two sisters.

The family requests memorials be made out to the Huron Area Senior Center.
