He was predeceased by: his parents, Einar Peterson and Olga Peterson (Lundquist). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Allene Bauer of Martin's Church; his children, Julie Riley (Wade) of Toccoa, GA, Mark Peterson (Sonya) of Ames, IA, Sheila Schroeder (Dave) of Garretson and Lisa Danforth of Garretson; his grandchildren, Britian John Miller, Lexie Inglett (Daniel), Ashley Riley and Annie Kate Riley; his children, Rachel Holden (Ethan), Jesse Peterson (Michelle), Grant Peterson, Abby Schroeder, Jake Schroeder, Kaci Danforth and Cooper Danforth; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Inglett, Logan Inglett, Alice Holden and Margaret Holden.
Memorials will be given to Holy Trinity School.
