He is survived by: his children, Shirley Rush of Pierre, SD, David Fransen (Vicki) of Aberdeen, SD, Gerald Fransen (Peggy) of Parrish, FL, Patrick Fransen of Pierre, SD and Jean Oberfoell (Bob) of Ashton, SD; and his siblings, Dorothy Sloat of Gettysburg, SD and Harlan Fransen (Verna) of Pierre, SD.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
