She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Doerr and Katherina Doerr (Burrer); her husband Floyd Kallenberger; her siblings, Oscar Doerr, Willie Doerr (Viola), Loretta Bender (August), Irene Schelkau (Walter) and Alice Kurle (Harvey); and her daughter-in-law Janell Kallenberger.
She is survived by: her children, Jerald Kallenberger (Patti) and Wanda Hoffman (Rick); her grandchildren, Joy Abu-Shanab (Naser), Jeff Kallenberger (Naomi), Sara Hicks (Adam) and Josh Hoffman (Mattie); her stepgrandchildren, Jesse Huggins (Neil), Jacob Hash (Joanna Jones), Stephen Hash and Ginny Leffel (Josh); her great grandchildren, Alia Abu-Shanab, Gabe, Alec, Ashley Kallenberger, Cooper, Emery Hicks and Jack Hoffman; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Alice and Henry Huggins; her sisters, Bernice Franklund and Delores Thurn; and her brother-in-law Dale Kallenberger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Huron Regional Medical Center Home Health/Hospice, the Huron Regional Medical Center Foundation Scholarship Fund-Healthcare or the First Congregational Church, 505 California Ave SW, Huron.
