She is survived by: her sons, Wenton Wormstadt (Jean) and Lowell Wormstadt (Judy); her grandchildren, Marci Effling (Ray), Clint Wormstadt (Michelle), Renee Hinker (Jeremy), Jeff Wormstadt (Melissa), Angie Scott (Jeff) and Marty Wormstadt (Tambi); her great grandchildren, Austin Effling, Lyndsey Effling, Carter Effling, Emily Effling, Olivia Effling, Trevor Wormstadt, Cassidy Wormstadt, Taylor Wormstadt, Kyle Wormstadt, Cailey Hinker, Brayden Hinker, Carson Hinker, Tristen Jacobsen (Brady), Cole Wormstadt (Morgan Renshaw), Alex Wormstadt, Cayden Scott, Brady Scott, Aiden Wormstadt, Noah Wormstadt and Kara Wormstadt; and her great great grandchild Aubree Wormstadt.
