He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto McMillan and Christina McMillan; and his siblings, Florence Batien, Ruby Johannsen, Vivian Dosch, Charles McMillan (Bud), Irwin McMillan and Lyle McMillan.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Muncy; his children, Randy McMillan (Laurie) of Iroquois, Lorna McMillan of Huron, Gerry McMillan (Debby) of Howard Lake, MN and Kerry McMillan (Deb) of Victoria, MN; his brother Keith McMillan (Shirley) of Huron; and his sister-in-law Genevieve McMillan of Huron. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
