It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dona Meyer of Huron, South Dakota, who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dona Meyer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Robert and Margaret Leslie Abel Sherman; her husband Clarence Meyer; her brothers, Myron and Robert; her sister-in-law Phyllis; her sister Waneta; and her siblings-in-law, Newton Potter, Doris Shepersky (Meyer), Belva Blue (Meyer), George Blue and Raymond Meyer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Meyer of Houston and Karen; her son-in-law Kevin Krueger of Tampa, Florida.; and her siblings-in-law, Prudence Meyer of Bloomington, Minnesota and Dean Shepersky of Woodbury, Minnesota..
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kuhler Funeral Home (1360 Dakota Ave S, Huron, SD 57350-3660). A prayer was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Congregational Church (505 California Ave SW, Huron, SD 57350).
