She is survived by: her husband Gaylord Sammons; her children, Renee Schleis (Mark) of LeMars, IA, Daniel Sammons of Seattle, WA and Candace Moore (Mike) of Huron; her grandchildren, Derek Timperley (Amy), Trevor Timperley, Jayde Hein, Nikki Schleis, Mikena and Adison Moore; her great grandchildren, Micah and Sabrina Hein; and her sister Georgie Chancellor of Wichita, KS.
