She was predeceased by: her parents, Christoph Wiedmeier and Pauline Wiedmeier (Stadel); her brother Toby (Twyla Seidel); and her husband Norm. She is survived by: her family Del; her children, Brad VanVugt (Dixie) of Huron, SD, Monte Van Vugt (Marie) of Black Hawk, SD and Amy Iverson (Jim) of Huron, SD; her grandchildren, Matthew VanVugt, Michael Van Vugt (Meghan), Jamye Erb (Tyler), Angel Stiegelmeier (Jaron) and Allanna Seidel (Deegan); and her great grandchildren, Olive, Finn VanVugt, Brooks Erb and Woodrow Stiegelmeier.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverview United Methodist Church (1640 Simmons Ave SE, Huron, SD 57350). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
