It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Thompson of Huron, South Dakota, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thompson and Joyce Thompson (Radke). He is survived by: his wife Rose Thompson (Amata) of Huron; his children, Heather Fristad (Monte) of Mt. Vernon, James Thompson of Sioux Falls and Michael Thompson of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Austin Rearick, Ava Ferguson, Tanner Thompson and Sutton Fristad; his pets, Chico and Charli; and his brothers, John Thompson, Gerald Thompson (Judy), Duane Thompson (Paula) and Dallas Thompson (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
