He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Johnson and Mildred Johnson (Walline); and his sister Virginia (Warren). He is survived by: his sister Juli (Reed Binger) of Missouri Valley, Iowa; his nieces, Kristen Maasen (Travis), Elysa Binger (Sam Howe) and Amy McMahon (Tim); his nephew Braden Binger; his great-nieces, Gigi, Emily and McKenna; and his great-nephew Layton. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
