It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clayton Whitney of Huron, South Dakota, born in Buffalo, South Dakota, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Clayton and Margaret Emily Whitney (Griggs); his wife Norma J. Linderman; his son Don; and his brothers, Leslie and Harold.
He is survived by: his children, Steve (Maxine) of Great Falls, MT, Michael (Karen) of Mitchell, Tom (Luanne) of Alpine, UT and Bonnie Bergquist (Wade) of Huron. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren; and 51 great-grandchildren.
