It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Mae Meador of Huron, South Dakota, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ray Meador; her children, Philip Meador, Lynn Meador, Leah Payan (Wesley) and Esther Meador; her sisters, Martha West (David), Betty Soper, Darlene Vogler (Robert) and Eleanor Graf (Mark); her grandchildren, Fedora Godfrey, Angela Payan, Pedro Payan, Andrew Payan, Sophie Hughes and Stella Hughes; her great grandchild Sonya Godfrey; her nieces and nephews, Nathan West, Sam West, Katie Newton and Kayla Ledbetter; her parents, Glenn Soper and Lota Soper; and her sister Mary Soper. She was also cherished by numerous friends, cousins, and bonus "children".
