She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Erickson and Susanna Erickson (Welter) of Lane; her husband Lester W. Scheel; her great grandchild Cole Bousheé; her siblings, Elmer, Albert, LaVerne Erickson, Lloyd Erickson (Dorothy), Agnes Brandenberg (Ralph) and Ann Rich (Nick); her nephew David Erickson; and her niece Donna Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Scheel (Jean) of Wessington Springs and Diane Roeber (Clark) of Redfield; her grandchildren, Jim Scheel (Audra), Wendy Denison (Joey), Michelle Bousheé (Jim), Mike Roeber, Kristie Engelmeyer (Shawn), Ann Marie Scheel and Jason Scheel; her great grandchildren, Carissa, Teagan, Kaycee Scheel, Devin, Karly Denison, Gage Bousheé, Ava Roeber, Justin, Rowdy and Lincoln Scheel; and her sisters-in-law, Doreen Erickson and Ardis Lillehaug.
