He was predeceased by : his brother Don (Lila). He is survived by : his wife Jan; his children, Nicki Rayburn of Sioux Falls and Adam Rayburn (Angela) of Fairview; and his grandchildren, Jenna, Max, Owen and Tara.
Robert Stephan "Steve" Rayburn died peacefully at home on September 14th, 2020 after a five year battle with Parkinson Disease.
